The first item on the agenda is "Oxford Heritage Asset Register nominations", and the Committee is recommended to approve *all* of them.
In Highfield this means All Saints' Church and All Saints' Vicarage.
Question:
Shouldn't there be additional heritage buildings on there including the Farmhouse in Highfield Avenue and the Architect-designed house at the far end of the same road - and architect-designed Arts & Crafts house halfway down Bickerton Road? And what about the Brittania barn building opposite Kwik Fit at the London Road end of Lime Walk, or the stone wall on Old Road, adjacent to the old Park Hospital site and more?
Why aren't they on there?
