Oxford 2030:
Working Together On Climate & Transport
Friday January 12th 2018
6:30pm - 9:00pm
Wesley Memorial Church, New Inn Hall Street, Oxford OX1 2DH
Oxford has committed to cut city greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030.
The city is also planning a Zero Emission Zone to tackle air pollution, much of which may be in place by 2030. But there are real concerns that we will not meet this target, nor deliver clean air right across the city.
What must the city do to change our transport system so that Oxford meets its climate change commitments and delivers safe air quality for us and our children?
In a spirit of cross-party cooperation, Oxford's two MPs, Annelise Dodds and Layla Moran will speak about how we can deliver the changes we need and will answer your questions.
